Radius & Straight PVC edging

Edge panels and shelves can be cut to any specified size from our top-grade MDF. Alternatively, customers may order or supply any other material required. For a truly professional finish, Eureka’s ‘cut and lip’ service uses the latest computer-controlled beam saw to cut panels to any specified size with precision accuracy. Our high-speed edgebanding equipment then lips the panels with 2mm PVC to complement our range of inserts and panel finishes.

CNC Machining

Finishing touches are the icing on the cake in this business. We offer the very highest standards of precision and craftsmanship in order to deliver the best. Our state-of-the-art, computer controlled Machining Centre allows us to offer customers bespoke component batch work, including:

Batch Work

Operating from our large factory site in Wakefield, our CNC facility for cut, edged and machined components, greatly offers you an overspill to your own production capacity.

Here at Eureka you will find highly trained staff operating CNC beam saws, edgebanders  and other CNC machines, all at your disposal.
